Abstract

Psamomatoid ossifying fibroma is a variant
of juvenile ossifying fibroma. It is an
uncommon benign fibro osseous lesion
affecting the facial bones. Juvenile
Ossifying Fibroma is known to be locally
aggressive with high tendency of
recurrence despite being benign. We report
a 15 years old girl who presented with leftsided nasal swelling, later diagnosed as
psamomatoid ossifying fibroma. The
nature of the disease and the outline of
management were discussed.
